David Clarke (pictured) has joined Swaab, bringing with him his expertise in “all aspects” of capital markets.
In a statement, the firm noted that Mr Clarke operates in commercial contracting, corporate governance, corporate structuring, and merger and acquisition.
The news follows the firm’s promotion of five lawyers to more senior roles in early July, as well as its appointment of four lawyers to its ranks in mid-May.
Speaking about the hire, Swaab managing partner Mary Digiglio said: “David’s impressive expertise and deep experience enable Swaab to remain ahead of the curve in serving our client’s needs.
“As with all our recruits, the cultural fit and common client service and workplace values are paramount.
“We believe David’s commitment to the highest quality of legal work and his personable approach to clients and colleagues is a perfect alignment.
“We are excited to have David join Swaab and commit to our Swaab brand of service and our hallmark value of generosity of spirit.”
