Swaab’s 4 new appointments come at ‘pivotal’ time
Swaab named four new appointments, including two to senior associates, at a time of “pivotal growth” for the firm.
The Sydney-based law firm Swaab has appointed both Daniela Terruso and Lynn Hawes to its strata and construction, and property, planning and projects practice.
Mary Digiglio, Swaab managing partner, said the appointments occurred “at a pivotal time in our firm’s ongoing growth”.
“Their combined expertise, experience and capabilities will enhance our property, planning and projects, and family law teams.
“This enables us to stay ahead of the curve in meeting our client’s needs, ensuring we deliver unparalleled value for money and quality of service,” Digiglio said.
New senior associate Terruso has over 20 years of experience in real estate law, with extensive focus on drafting by-laws, easements and other title documents and providing advice.
Hawes ran her own practice in South Africa and brings with her experience in advising on project delivery methods, drafting and structuring template suits of construction contracts, and negotiating upstream and downstream construction agreements.
Abrahams, who was admitted in 2020, focuses on leasing transactions and has worked with government departments, not-for-profits, individuals, super funds, and listed and unlisted companies.
“[We are] ensuring we deliver unparalleled value for money and quality of service, with our hallmark generosity of spirit and dedication to the Swaab brand of service,” Digiglio said.
