VitalHub acquires Community Data Solutions
Russell Kennedy has advised VitalHub Corp on its acquisition of Community Data Solutions.

Deal significance: VitalHub Corp is a Canada-headquartered company with an Australian subsidiary, VitalHub Australia Pty Ltd, and serves more than 400 clients across both markets plus the US, UK, the Middle East, and Europe.
The group provides technology to health and human services providers, including hospitals, regional health authorities, mental health, long-term care, home health, and community and social services. Its solutions span the categories of electronic health record (EHR), case management, care coordination and optimisation, and patient flow and operational visibility solutions.
Community Data Solutions was founded in 2010 and is based in South Australia. It currently serves over 350 agencies located across Australia.
The group offers an online case management system and supporting products that are used to assist workflows in the community services sector, including counselling, casework, anti-poverty programs, foster care, aged care and disability services.
