Virtus Health acquires Adora Fertility, 3 day hospitals from Healius Limited
Virtus Health Limited has acquired Adora Fertility and three day hospitals from Healius Limited valued at $45 million with assistance from Gilchrist Connell.

Key players: The team was led by head of corporate Gaurav de Fontgalland and special counsel Malcolm Wood with input from cyber and technology principal Nitesh Patel and employment and workplace principal Sarah Wood.
The team included associates Nadine John and Carolyn Ledinh, senior associate Adriana Reina, lawyers Linda Zeng and Aayush Jain and law graduate Lilla Zayzon.
Deal significance: Adora Fertility operates IVF and fertility clinics and laboratories in NSW, Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia that complement existing Virtus’ clinics. The Adora clinics have a track record of achieving growth and “will add meaningful value to the Virtus Health network”.
