NRF takes lawyer from rival global
Employment and labour lawyer Samantha Maddern has joined Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner in Perth from another global firm.

Ms Maddern has joined Norton Rose Fulbright from Herbert Smith Freehills, where she worked for nearly five years.
“Samantha is a well-known and highly experienced workplace adviser in the Perth market, with strong links to major companies in the energy and mining industries,” said Wayne Spanner, Norton Rose Fulbright managing partner in Australia.
“Beyond the contribution she will make to our national employment and labour team, we also look forward to her continuing to develop her passion for mentoring, thought leadership, volunteering and pro bono work.”
Norton Rose Fulbright recently appointed Peter Bowden from Clayton Utz, while losing Stephen Klotz to Hall & Wilcox and Charmian Barton to HWL Ebsworth.
