Adelaide firm appoints new director

A former senior associate at Johnson Winter & Slattery has joined Kain C+C Lawyers as a director.

Michael Garry (pictured) worked at JWS in Sydney and Adelaide for nine years before making the move to Kain C+C on 3 August.

Mr Garry specialises in M&A, restructures and fund raising for corporate and private equity funds.

Last year, Kerry Colmer joined Kain C+C from Fenwick Elliott Grace, where she had been a partner for eight years.
