Bendigo and Adelaide Bank names new company secretary

Belinda Donaldson has been appointed as the new company secretary for Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited (ASX: BEN).

Ms Donaldson, the bank said in a statement to the market, is “an experienced corporate lawyer and governance professional with extensive experience assisting listed, non-listed and not-for-profit organisations, in mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, corporate governance and advisory matters”.

 
 

She will be responsible for communications with the ASX in relation to listing rule matters under Listing Rule 12.6, taking over from outgoing acting company secretary Will Conlan.

Ms Donaldson holds a bachelor of commerce (economics) and a bachelor of laws and is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.

She is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
