Ms Meyer will be responsible for the company’s communications with the ASX.

She takes over from retiring company secretary Mike Egan, with incumbent general counsel Brian Krupczak set to leave the company in August after 12 years of service.

Ms Meyer joins from pharmaceutical company Boehringer Ingelheim, where she served as the head of legal and compliance, and company secretary, in Australia and New Zealand. She has also held senior legal roles with private and public companies, including ResMed, Medtronic and Computer Associates.

In a statement to the market, Nuix thanked both Mr Egan and Mr Krupczak “for their valued contributions” and welcomed Ms Meyer on board.
