Invictus Australia encourages veterans and their families to connect and engage with their communities through sport. Formally known as Veteran Sport Australia (VSA), Invictus Australia was launched at the conclusion of the Invictus Games Sydney 2018.

The Games acknowledged the sacrifices made by defence service personnel and pledged continuing support to veterans and their families. Invictus Australia is the embodiment of the promise that the Games would be more than just a one-off event.
