Swaab adds new partner within property and commercial team
Sydney-based firm Swaab has continued to grow its property and commercial team with the addition of a new partner, who brings 17 years of industry experience to the role.
This week, Swaab has added a new lawyer to its partnership in a newly created position.
Sarah Heuvel joins the firm from Baybridge Lawyers, a corporate and commercial firm based in Sydney – and this will be her 19th year working in the real estate industry, according to her LinkedIn profile.
This news comes after the addition of a new associate within Swaab’s property and commercial practice in September last year.
This is a significant appointment for the firm as client demand for property and services continue to grow, managing partner Mary Digiglio said.
“As our firm continues to grow in alignment with our strategic plan, Sarah’s extensive expertise in property and commercial law, combined with over 17 years of industry experience within the property and real estate sector, makes her an ideal fit for Swaab and this newly created role.
“Her appointment ensures we remain at the forefront of meeting our clients’ needs, delivering exceptional value for money and quality of service, with our hallmark of generosity of spirit and dedication to the Swaab brand of service,” Digiglio said.
