Private investment firm Bain Capital has been advised on the sale of its controlling stake in Retail Zoo to Adamantem Capital.

Deal: G+T has advised Bain Capital on the sale of its controlling stake in Retail Zoo — which owns the “iconic” Australian brands Boost Juice and Betty’s Burgers — to Adamantem Capital.

Key players: The G+T team was led by partner Tim Gordon and senior lawyer Ilona Hunnisett, with support from lawyers Madeline Connolly and Ziggy Liszukiewicz.
Deal significance: Mr Gordon said: “We’ve worked with Bain Capital throughout its investment in Retail Zoo, and it was a pleasure for our team to work alongside the Bain Capital and Retail Zoo management team and their other advisers on the sale.”
