Firm: Piper Alderman (Epiroc)
Value: Undisclosed
Area: M&A
Key players: Partner Paul Sartori led the Piper Alderman team, with support from associate Egor Serov and lawyer Charlotte Boston.
Deal significance: RCT, headquartered in Perth, has customers in more than 70 countries. The company provides automation and remote-control solutions applicable for either a single machine or an entire mixed fleet of machines regardless of manufacturer or type of equipment.

Commenting on the deal, Mr Sartori added:
“We are pleased to assist Epiroc with another acquisition, following on from our role on the Geoscan deal, and we look forward to continuing to help it on all aspects of its legal needs as it continues its growth in this region.”
