Regal Partners Limited has completed a $110 million equity capital raising, enabling the fund’s manager to accelerate growth initiatives.

Deal significance: The capital raise enables the fund’s manager to build surplus capital and provide balance sheet capacity to accelerate multiple growth initiatives.
The equity capital raising consists of a one-for-five accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer of new shares at $2.60 per share.
