Frankston Hospital to be redeveloped
A new project proposed by Exemplar Health will mean that the Frankston Hospital will receive a variety of new facilities, including an additional hospital town and enhanced mental health services.

Projects and development partner Paul Telford also advised on the transaction, with Amy Byrne, Amy Ryan, Mai Mitsumori-Miller, JuWay Pak, Maeva Geyer Carles and Cara Kenny.
Deal significance: The project proposes to add a new hospital tower, an additional 120 beds, new operating theatres, enhanced emergency department beds, expanded women’s and children’s health services, enhanced oncology services and mental health services.
