Narryer Metals undertakes IPO, $5m cap raise
Listed mineral exploration and development company Narryer Metals Limited (ASX: NYM) has been advised on its initial public offering on the ASX and subsequent $5 million capital raise.

Key players: The Piper Alderman team consisted of partners Paul Sartori and Sarah Clarke, consultant Ailyn Tydde, lawyer Sam O’Neill and law graduate Arjun Amin.
Deal significance: Narryer Metals managing director Dr Gavin England said: “At Narryer, we are pleased to welcome our new shareholders into the company.
“I thank lead manager, Morgan Stanley Australia, for their assistance in the successful capital raising, as well as Grange Consulting and Piper Alderman for their services through the IPO process.”
