Pemba Capital Partners lands majority investment in Vets Central

Deal: Pemba Capital Partners has secured majority investment in Vets Central.

Key players: The G+T team was led by corporate advisory partner Adam Laura with support from lawyers Naomi Kora and Jackson Kang and graduate Srivatsav Moorthy.

Deal significance: As per a statement from G+T, Vets Central intends to significantly expand its portfolio of clinics and continue to focus on maintaining brand integrity and a co-ownership offering.

“The investment in Vets Central reflects the particularly high levels of pet ownership in Australia and complements Pemba’s existing investments,” a statement from the firm said.

Commenting further, lead partner Adam Laura said: “We are delighted to have provided support to our long-time client Pemba Capital Partners on this transaction, which has enabled Vets Central to complete on its initial pipeline of vet clinic acquisitions and seed an outstanding platform for future growth in the sector.”
