Special counsel and qualified chartered accountant Carlos Gouveia has joined Colin Biggers & Paisley from another national firm.
Mr Gouveia (pictured) has joined Colin Biggers & Paisley's corporate and commercial team from Clayton Utz.
As a qualified chartered accountant, Mr Gouveia is also able to provide advice on a wide variety of tax law, including income tax, capital gains tax, goods and services tax, stamp duty, fringe benefits tax and tax reform.

Colin Biggers & Paisley recently appointed property partner Rebecca Castley from Mullins Lawyers, but lost partner Martin Deutsch to Holding Redlich and senior associate Claire MacMillan to Wotton + Kearney.
