Young’s (pictured) role will include operational management of the firm’s non-legal functions, including finance, know-how, technology, business services, people and development, and business development.
Young’s experience includes international financial and strategic management, particularly in the management consulting and professional services sectors.
She started off as a financial controller, and has held positions such as director of corporate financial planning and analysis, and finance director.
Young replaces Martin Deda, who the firm said has left Minters to “pursue his other interests”.
Deda is a director with Newport Capital Group and also has his own consultancy business.
