    <p>There's also an excellent talent show where the judges face away from the contestants and turn around if they like them. Can't remember what it was called. The Face, I think it was called.</p>

    <p>Orchestras in Australia also audition for parts with applicant players located behind a screen. It eliminates bias and concentrates on ability, which is a correct driver for employing someone I think.</p>

    <p>Blind CVS might work up to a point. Fact is a lot of those complaining about discrimination don't realise that there is usually a very good reason why they are discriminated against and it has nothing to do with background, gender or whatever. Our education system is so controlled by the Leftists maybe there is bias in how certain schools (which may be ethincaly dominated) are given special treatment in the interests of 'equality'. You see this idea can work both ways. How about we all take a number from kindergarten onwards not just after University.</p>
