Squires strengthens finances with hire
Senior financial services lawyer Josh Clarke has joined Squire Sanders’ Perth office as an Of Counsel.

Clarke was previously a partner at the Singapore office of Watson Farley & Williams.
He specialises in cross-border finance, with broad experience in syndicated and secured bank financings. He has a particular focus on leveraged, project, structured trade and export credit agency-backed financings, and has considerable experience within the commodities and natural resources sectors.
