Kelly & Co partner Garry Winter has been named chair of the Adelaide Crows’ first audit-integrity committee.

Winter (pictured), a tax law specialist at the Adelaide-based firm, will be joined on the AFL club’s committee by the chief executive of SA Lotteries June Roache and chief superintendent Linda Fellows, who is currently the SA Police’s officer-in-charge of the Ethical and Professional Standards Branch.

“The Adelaide Football Club is an organisation with a proud culture of off-field and on-field success,” Winter said.

“It has a strong focus on compliance and I look forward to my time as chair on this committee.”

Winter is already a board member of the football club’s charity arm, the Crows Foundation; a member of the Law Council of Australia’s Taxation Council, and a fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.
