Culshaw Miller hires new litigation head
Perth firm Culshaw Miller Lawyers has hired a new director of litigation and dispute resolution from Maxim Litigation Consultants.

Tim Retallack joins the firm, which is a member of the Hunt & Hunt legal group, based in Perth.
Retallack spent 6 years with Maxim Litigation Consultants, initially as a consultant more recently as a principal.
Retallack’s 20 years’ experience includes a variety of issues in commercial litigation and contract disputes.
Since 2008, he has been instructing solicitor to Chris Zelestis QC, acting on behalf of Terry Streeter and David Cooper during their long running and ultimately successful defence of claims made by Western Areas Exploration in relation to the Streeter/Cooper interests in a proposed nickel exploration project. The project was the precursor to the now successful Western Areas NL, and its Forrestania Project
