Queensland-based commercial firm Mullins Lawyers has recently appointed an associate and two solicitors – Daniel Sullivan, Rose Locke and Jennifer Hile.

Queensland-based commercial firm Mullins Lawyers has recently appointed an associate and two solicitors – Daniel Sullivan, Rose Locke (pictured) and Jennifer Hile.
Locke has been appointed to the property and hospitality group as a solicitor. She has practised predominately in property development, acting for a number of large development companies completing and managing master-planned communities in Queensland. Locke has experience in a wide variety of property matters and has recently extended her areas of practice to hospitality.
Hile also joins a solicitor in the property and hospitality group. Admitted in 2005, she comes from the Department of Housing and Public Works where she acted for the department in its social housing initiatives, including leasing and general contract and compliance matters. Jennifer has experience in the areas of government leasing and general conveyancing and property matters.
