Lisa Jarrett (corporate & commercial, IP), Nick Karagiannis (pictured - corporate & commercial, financial services and E&R) and Kate McKeough (corporate & commercial, M&A) have been admitted as partners, taking the firm’s partnership to 18.

IP specialist and trademark attorney, Michael Seifried, has been promoted to special counsel.

Veronica Graham, Mark Lebbon and Shane Lloyd have been promoted to senior associate.

These are in addition to the recently announced appointments of Martin Lovell to partner (B&F and projects) and Danny Nemer to special counsel (property, infrastructure and construction).

Kelly & Co’s CEO, Stuart Price, who announced his resignation on 3 July and will leave the firm at the end of August, said the appointments were a reflection of the firm’s success over the past year.

“Kelly & Co is currently in the strongest position in its 95-year history,” said Price.

“In the last financial year we experienced record revenue growth and continued to expand our client base.

“We also established our Business Advisory Council, chaired by Rob Chapman, to further strengthen our understanding of the business challenges being faced by our clients.”
