Cowell Clarke appoints new partner
South Australian law firm Cowell Clarke today (25 June) announced the promotion of Adam Crittenden to partner, effective 1 July.

Crittenden has nine years’ experience in legal practice and specialist expertise in commercial property transactions and advice.
His major practice areas include property development, major property acquisitions and disposals, property-related due diligence, commercial leasing, contract and tender advice and preparation.
He also has extensive experience in advising pharmacy professionals in business sales and acquisitions, ownership structures, compliance with pharmacy laws and licensing requirements.
“[Crittenden] will take on further responsibilities in the areas of client relationship management and the training and development of more junior lawyers”, said Cowell Clarke chief executive officer Paul Bilney.
