A former cleaner caught spying on and trying to photograph an unfortunate woman in a Freehills toilet cubiclenow faces a possible jail sentence, reports The Age.

The peeping Tom apparently entered one of the female cubicles, placed a camera on top of the wall separating the cubicles, and waited.

Twenty minutes later, a female entered the adjacent cubicle and was suitably shocked to find the man aiming a camera at her.

Needless to say, she yelled and left the toilet while the spying cleaner was taken care of by building security and later questioned by police.
