Cristina Cecere has joined DW Fox Tucker as a director, bringing more than 20 years of experience in franchising, property, and commercial law to the role.

Cecere was most recently a director at her own practice, Adelaide boutique CCR Legal, and has also worked in-house for a number of large national businesses across various industries, including franchising, hospitality, and construction.

“After running my own practice for several years, I noticed clients were increasingly seeking out a comprehensive solution for their legal services, encompassing specialist expertise in such areas as trademarks, tax, employment, and even estate planning and family law,” she said.

“Joining DW Fox Tucker Lawyers was a natural fit to enable me to offer my clients additional assistance in the areas of law I could not offer them working on my own.”

This news follows the strategic appointments of a special counsel and senior associate in November last year.

Cecere’s significant expertise will boost the firm’s service offering in the franchising law area, according to DW Fox Tucker CEO Narelle Lee.

“Cristina is a very well-respected franchising lawyer in Adelaide,” she said.

“We are thrilled that Cristina has chosen to join our firm and enable us to bolster our franchising, property, and commercial law offering.”
