Earlier this month, Lawganised promoted Rachel Barbaro, Erin Steward, and Kathryn Milczewski (all pictured) to director, with those roles taking effect on 12 February.

Between them, the trio boasts 75 years of experience in the legal profession.

Barbaro has two and a half decades of experience in legal operations and office management roles, Steward brings over 20 years of experience, including as chief executive of a boutique criminal law and civil litigation firm on the Gold Coast, and Milczewski has three decades under her belt, spanning law firms in both Australia and the UK, as well as roles in the public sector and in-house environments.

The promotions, the consultancy said in a statement, mark a significant milestone in its growth trajectory. Since its inception in September 2019, Lawganised has provided cutting-edge management consulting services to 250 legal practices across Australia and New Zealand, it said.

Speaking about the promotions, Lawganised founder and managing director Ben Deverson said: “The promotions of Rachel, Erin and Kathryn recognise the enormous contributions the three of them have made to the growth and success of Lawganised. Clients of Lawganised across the country benefit from their exceptional contributions to the success of their firms on a daily basis.”

“The rapid growth of Lawganised over the past five years, and our future plans for international expansion, require a larger and strong leadership team. In becoming directors co-owners of the business, Rachel, Erin and Kathryn, will play an integral part of our future endeavours.”
