Immediation has recently secured new funding and continued support from its existing investors, the company said in a statement.

The new funding, it proclaimed, comes with strong backing from existing investors and new investors, including the executive team.

“This support underscores confidence in our mission to transform the delivery of legal services globally,” it said.

That executive team has also been expanded, Immediation continued, noting it is “thrilled” to welcome Ryan Reyes as its chief executive and Grace Ouyang as chief marketing officer, expanding on the appointment of chairman David Woolstencroft.

“Their expertise and vision will drive Immediation forward as we continue to innovate and expand our reach,” it said.

Furthermore, Immediation has moved to enhance its sale and distribution channels: “We have strengthened our sale and distribution strategies to ensure our platform’s accessibility to a wider audience, enabling more organisations to benefit from our solutions.”

“We look forward to bringing on new partnerships in APAC and EMEA, which will be announced in Q1 of 2025.”

Immediation has entered into a partnership with Habeas in order to “unveil cutting-edge AI-driven solutions designed specifically for ADR, enhancing efficiency, streamlining workflows, and providing actionable insights for legal professionals”.

It has also partnered with Mitrais for development purposes in the coming 12 months.

“We are proud to be partnering with Mitrais who have decades of experience in legal tech solutions, and this underscores our commitment to innovation. Together, we are advancing the development of groundbreaking features to better serve the legal and ADR industry,” Immediation said.

Finally, the company has committed to providing additional content and resources for those in the ADR space.

“We will be working with key people from the industry to provide valuable content via articles, e-books and podcasts on the business of ADR,” it said.

Immediation concluded that it is “proud to lead the way in 2025”, driving meaningful change in how ADR services are being delivered.

“Together with our partners, clients, and investors, we are shaping a more accessible and innovative legal future,” the company said.
