Mullins Lawyers has promoted eight lawyers, including three associates, one senior associate, two special counsel, and Annabelle Efstathis and Glen Rolley as new partners in the firm’s property and hospitality practice.

According to the firm, Efstathis and Rolley both bring extensive expertise and a shared commitment to achieving exceptional results for their clients across the property, hospitality, and licensing sectors.

Efstathis joined Mullins in 2016 and has experience in commercial property transactions, leasing, and liquor and gaming licensing.

Rolley has been with the firm since 2019 and specialises in property, commercial, and liquor and gaming law, with a strong focus on the acquisition and disposal of clubs, and commercial properties.

Additionally, commercial lawyer Juanita Maiden and estate litigation lawyer Rachel Lusis have both been elevated to special counsel in the firm’s business services practice and private client group, respectively.

Shane Lawlor has also advanced to senior associate, and Joanne De Jesus, Bronte Jackson, and Emma Carr have been promoted to associate.

This news follows the addition of a chief operating officer and chief financial officer in September, as well as the promotion of two insurance partners back in February.

Incoming managing partner Sam McIvor, who was appointed in November, highlighted the importance of these promotions.

“These appointments reflect the exceptional contributions and proven track records of these lawyers in delivering outstanding legal advice, client service, and leadership,” he said.

“We are proud to celebrate their success and the value they bring to Mullins and our clients.”
