Cornford-Scott Lawyers adds senior associate
Queensland boutique Cornford-Scott Lawyers has added a new senior associate to its ranks, who brings more than eight years of experience to the firm.
Women in Law Awards 2024 finalist Chelsea Baker has commenced a new role as a senior associate at Queensland-based firm Cornford-Scott Lawyers.
Baker was most recently a senior associate at Mullins Lawyers, where she spent four years. Her expertise spans across wills and estates, and she has experience across estate planning, administration, and complex family estate matters.
The move, according to Baker, was part of a “strategic growth” plan for Cornford-Scott Lawyers following an increased demand for estate planning professionals in the state.
Baker is also a finalist in the Senior Associate of the Year – SME law category at this year’s Women in Law Awards, taking place in Melbourne later this month.
