WRP adds new director
Adelaide-based firm WRP Legal & Advisory has added a new director to its ranks in a time of “continued growth” for the full-service firm.
After running his own law firm for three years, experienced director Peter Pedler has joined WRP Legal & Advisory in Adelaide.
While operating his own law firm, Pedler Lawyers, Pedler specialised in commercial agreements and property and business transactions. He has extensive experience and knowledge navigating commercial law issues, particularly in the hospitality industry.
“WRP Legal & Advisory are a leading law firm, considered in their approach to finding innovative legal solutions for their clients. Their teams advise across more than 13 practice areas,” Pedler said.
This comes after the firm’s addition of a former BigLaw partner as a consultant in August, as well as the naming of two new associates in July, as well as its promotion of four lawyers, including one to director, earlier this year.
Since the firm’s inception in 2015, WRP Legal & Advisory has grown to a corporate and commercial law firm now employing almost 60 staff.
WRP director Marc Romaldi welcomed the new director.
“We are very pleased to welcome Peter to the WRP team. Peter is a complete professional in the commercial law space and is committed to providing the best possible legal advice and support to his clients,” he said.
“This is an exciting time of continued growth for our firm.”
