Hayley Tibbie (pictured) has joined MillerPrince from LOD, where she served as a senior legal counsel. Prior to this, she was a legal practitioner director at JHK Legal.

Her experience, the firm said in a statement, includes servicing non-bank lenders in various finance arrangements, including asset finance, debtor finance, acquisition finance, investor finance, construction finance and real estate finance. This experience, MillerPrince proclaimed, “allows the firm to expand its legal services to best serve its clients whilst supporting the firm’s existing practice areas, which include corporate, real estate, planning and environment and commercial/insolvency litigation”.

Speaking about her new role, Tibbie said: “I am thrilled to be joining MillerPrince.”

“MillerPrince is known for providing exceptional quality legal services to its clients, and it is a privilege to work alongside an experienced and talented team that have achieved outstanding results for their clients.”

Firm managing principal Christopher Athanassios said: “We are delighted to welcome Hayley to the firm.”

“Hayley’s appointment has provided MillerPrince with an excellent opportunity to strengthen our relationships with our clients and support client demand in banking and finance.”

“Hayley has a practicable approach and proven dedication to her clients. I also look forward to Hayley contributing new perspectives to the firm’s leadership and to our clients.”
