South Australia-based firm Mellor Olsson has appointed a new partner to lead its wills and estates team.
Full-service firm Mellor Olsson, which has offices in Adelaide, Clare, and Port Lincoln and also provides services in the Barossa Valley, Eyre Peninsula, Mid North, South East and Yorke Peninsula, has appointed Nikki Owen (pictured) as its newest partner.
Before joining Mellor Olsson, Owen practised as a solicitor in Bath, England, for nearly two decades, before moving to Australia in 2016.
She “excels”, the firm said in a statement, in succession planning and asset protection, serving individuals, business owners, and families, and advises not-for-profits, charities, and their donors on bequests and charitable trusts.
