New managing partner for Tindall Gask Bentley
A firm with offices across Australia has promoted a number of senior lawyers, including one to managing partner.
Tim White stepped into the role of managing partner at Tindall Gask Bentley (TGB) on 1 July, taking over from outgoing managing partner Gary Allison after he served four years in the top job.
He also headed up the South Australian Law Society in 2020.
“We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Tim and to thank Gary for his tireless commitment to maintaining TGB’s reputation as an efficient and effective provider of quality legal services in Australia,” the firm said in a statement.
In its second promotion round of 2024, TGB elevated Toni Emanuele into the role of equity partner and Denise Abfalter to associate.
Emanuele, who began at TGB in 2008 and rose to partner in 2016, has extensive experience in workers’ compensation, superannuation, motor vehicle accidents, and public liability injury compensation.
Abfalter joined in 2022 and focuses on the areas of workers’ compensation, superannuation claims, and victims of crime.
Chief executive officer Claudio Galloni warmly welcomed them both.
“We have such a wonderful group of lawyers working at TGB, hard-working and with strong expertise but, even more importantly, who embrace our TGB values of reputation, relationships and respect,” Galloni said.
“We are absolutely thrilled to have Toni on board as equity partner at TGB, in recognition of her many years of dedication to our firm and to our clients.
“Congratulations also to Denise for receiving the recognition and reward she deserves.”
