Brock Morgan and Andrew Vella (both pictured) have joined CGW in its disputes practice.

Morgan has joined from Allens, the firm said in statement, bringing over 15 years of experience, having acted in a diverse range of commercial disputes but has a particular interest in large-scale, complex commercial litigation and insolvency matters.

Vella joins from MinterEllison, having acted for corporate and government clients for over 15 years, with experience spanning complex commercial disputes, corporations law, property disputes, banking and securities law, commissions and inquiries, regulatory investigations and actions, and insolvency, the firm went on.

Speaking about the hires, CGW head of disputes Rocco Russo said: “We are so pleased to have Brock and Andrew join us. Both are experienced, first-class litigators in the market with outstanding expertise and experience.”

“Having them as part of our talented team further expands the depth and breadth of capability we offer to clients.

“It will allow the continuation of the extraordinary growth of our commercial litigation practice generally, but particularly in the corporate, insolvency and regulatory areas.”
