Macpherson Kelley special counsel joins Sydney boutique as partner
Alyce Johnson has joined emerging Sydney-based corporate and commercial law firm MillerPrince as its newest partner.
Johnson (pictured), who spent nearly two years at Macpherson Kelley and five years at Swaab prior to that, has joined MillerPrince and will lead its planning and environment practice.
She has, in the past, the firm went on, “achieved exceptional outcomes” for clients on a wide range of planning matters involving development applications for subdivision of land, childcare centres, residential flat buildings, multi-housing development, items of heritage significance, commercial and mixed-use development, places of public worship and boarding houses.
Speaking about her new role, Johnson said: “I am very excited to be joining MillerPrince.”
