Gilchrist Connell promotes 11
Insurance firm Gilchrist Connell has promoted 11 across multiple offices.
One special counsel, six senior associates, and four associates were promoted across Gilchrist Connell’s Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne and Perth offices.
“Watching our people flourish professionally and then being able to recognise and celebrate their individual achievement through promotion is my favourite part of the job,” Mr Wood said.
Mariam Morad, based in the firm’s Brisbane office, was promoted to special counsel, where she will continue to focus on managing public liability claims in personal injury and property.
Ms Morad developed the Emerald Network, a women-focused and women-led networking platform that has been expanded nationally.
Stepping into senior associate are Adelaide’s Madeleine Eaton, Thea Paleologos and James Spartalis.
Melbourne saw the promotion of Abbey Stockley and Maddison Harrington, while Joel Speldewinde was elevated in the Perth office.
Peter Dalrymple, Lauren Anastasiou, Victoria Pechlivanis and Sam Rowe were promoted to associate.
