CCK Lawyers promotes 4, including 3 to partner
Boutique firm CCK Lawyers has promoted three partners and one associate, which the firm said would help them establish a “strong future” looking ahead.
CCK Lawyers has appointed James Foster, Caitlin Ashworth, and Alexander Hicks as partners of the firm. In addition, Fiona Huynh has been promoted to associate.

Mr Foster has over 13 years of litigation experience and a consistent track record of success and client satisfaction, with particular knowledge and experience in the construction and engineering space. He also has in-house experience at a large corporate defence entity.
Ms Ashworth is a chartered tax adviser and is actively involved in the tax and trust law community. She is a member of the Society of Trust Estate Practitioners South Australian Governing Committee and is also active within the Tax Institute.
Mr Hicks played a key role in developing the CCK Lawyers estates and succession planning team and has experience in asset protection, wealth management, and estate and succession plans for individuals and businesses. He has significant experience in drafting estate planning documentation and preparing probate and letters of administration applications, as well as the administration of deceased estates and has been regularly involved in the resolution of probate disputes and family provision claims.
Lastly, Ms Huynh first joined CCK Lawyers in 2022, and she works in the estates and succession planning team. She has also taken a key role in the Society of Trust Estate Practitioners and is a member of the Emerging Trust Estate Practitioners sub-committee.
