Ben Noack has joined DW Fox Tucker, which the firm said adds a new dimension to its service offering.

He has, the firm said in a statement, “built a strong network, collaborating with various government agencies and working across a diverse range of industries” and has “a unique skill set and knowledge base not typically seen in the legal profession”, making him an invaluable adviser for the firm’s property, construction, mining, energy, public administration, not-for-profit, and advanced manufacturing clients.

He has come across from Piper Alderman, where he served for just over four years.

Speaking about his new role, Mr Noack said: “Joining DW Fox Tucker is an important step in my professional journey.

“The firm’s commitment to providing top-tier legal services, willingness to look outside the box to deliver innovative solutions, and vibrant workplace culture align perfectly with my values. I look forward to contributing to our clients’ success and growing together with this outstanding team.”

DW Fox Tucker managing director Joe De Ruvo added: “We’re excited to welcome Ben, whose multifaceted capability will undoubtedly enhance several important areas across our commercial and dispute resolution teams.

“Ben’s decision to join DW Fox Tucker is a terrific endorsement of the program we initiated in late 2022 when we decided to review our service delivery to ensure we continued to meet the needs of our clients who are facing increasingly difficult conditions and need legal partners that can offer solutions that can be adapted to the ever-changing market and delivered via more efficient means.”

Firm chief executive Narelle Lee noted that Mr Noack’s recruitment reinforces DW Fox Tucker’s commitment to providing its clients with diverse skills and a holistic approach to their legal needs.

“Ben brings a special combination of engineering and legal expertise that’s rarely seen in the legal profession. His boots-on-the-ground experience will add a fresh perspective to how we deliver solutions to our clients,” she said.
