Jack Dart (pictured) has joined Lynch Meyer, bringing his years of experience in providing advice to a broad range of clients in commercial litigation matters and other commercial disputes, including construction and engineering matters.

His appointment and skill set, the firm said in a statement, complements that of the existing team.

The news follows the firm’s promotion of Patrick Kerin to its partnership in July, as well as its appointment of Vanessa Balnaves to its partnership in January.

Mr Kerin said: “We are excited to add another experienced lawyer to our growing team,” noting that Mr Dart will be a “perfect fit” to assist in servicing Lynch Meyer’s growing client base in the construction industry.

“Jack is an excellent lawyer who is well respected in the South Australian legal industry, and his appointment will aid in the continued success and growth of our construction team’s legal offerings,” Mr Kerin proclaimed.
