Victorian firm Rigby Cooke Lawyers has elevated one to special counsel and two to associate.
Rigby Cooke Lawyers has promoted Tom Hoerner to special counsel and James Anglicas and Biljana Stankovski to associate.
Mr Hoerner brings two decades of experience to his new role, the firm said in a statement, as well as “a depth of knowledge and skills” that encompasses a broad spectrum of areas, including contractual disputes, financial services litigation, regulatory investigations, and general commercial litigation.
Mr Anglicas’ practice includes advising on a wide range of commercial disputes and litigation, with a particular focus on contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, competition law, professional negligence claims, as well as construction-related disputes, while Ms Stankovski has knowledge and experience in a broad range of property law areas, including property developments, sales and acquisitions, commercial and retail leasing, and advising clients in property-related matters.
