Morgan Scholz (pictured) has been named as a principal at KCL Law, which the firm said is a recognition of his “high level of expertise, dedication, and contribution”.

He joined the firm as a senior associate in its property team in 2019 and was appointed head of that practice in early 2020.

“Since coming on board, Morgan has admirably shaped and led the property team and fostered a collaborative and inclusive work environment,” the firm proclaimed.

“Morgan’s deep understanding of property law, coupled with a client-centred approach, has resulted in positive outcomes for clients and contributed to the firm’s continued success.”

Mr Scholz will continue to head up the firm’s property practice.

KCL Law chief executive Davina Onas said: “We are thrilled to announce Morgan’s promotion to principal lawyer. Morgan has consistently exhibited a strong commitment to delivering exceptional legal services and his promotion is a testament to his hard work, expertise, and leadership skills.

“We have confidence that Morgan will excel in his new role and continue to provide outstanding guidance and support to our clients.”
