FCW Lawyers merges with boutique
FCW Lawyers has continued to expand its offering in Sydney with the addition of a team from an NSW boutique firm.
The new merger brings a new principal lawyer, a special counsel and a senior associate to the team from NSW boutique Ledlin Lawyers.
Mr Ledlin brings almost 50 years of comprehensive commercial experience to the firm and has a strong presence in the credit industry.
Ms Ledlin is an accomplished commercial lawyer and has a double degree in law and psychology and key abilities in legal analysis, management, and interpersonal skills.
“Our values have always been at the core of our practice. In joining forces with FCW Lawyers, we are proud to align our shared values of integrity, excellence, and client-centeredness,” she said.
“Together, we are committed to providing exceptional legal services and delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our commercial clients. This merger represents a powerful synergy of trust and expertise, ensuring that our clients receive unparalleled support and strategic guidance throughout their legal journey, empowering them to thrive in today’s complex business landscape.”
With a focus on commercial law and dispute resolution and insolvency, the merger further strengthens FCW Lawyers’ rapidly growing Sydney presence, according to FCW Lawyers’ managing partner Andrew Douglas.
“This union marks the third merger, plus lateral recruits, in the commercial law and dispute resolution and insolvency space in the past 18 months. Our focused growth is in response to the increased need for our services across this space,” he said.
“We welcome Natalie Ledlin, Terry Ledlin and Holly Grujovski to our team in Sydney. Their complementary skills and experience, combined with great cultural fit, makes this a great outcome from day one.”
