Jessica Wynd and Nicholas McBride have been elevated to principal at marshalls+dent+wilmoth (MDW), in recognition of their significant experience, academic achievement, and client service in the Australian family law industry, the firm said in a statement.

Ms Wynd, the firm outlined, is “highly regarded” for her skills in negotiating complex financial agreements, managing superannuation issues, and navigating spousal maintenance and parenting arrangements, while Mr McBride has “wide-ranging” experience in representing clients in complex financial matters, including: international properties/assets, large trading entities, trusts, partnerships, farming properties as well as binding child support agreements and binding financial agreements.

The pair, MDW principal John McBride said, “demonstrate [the firm’s] commitment to legal excellence and dedication to outstanding client service”.

Ms Wynd and Mr Nicholas McBride, he went on, have the drive to keep improving their knowledge and expertise, as well as a desire to deliver the best possible service regardless of the challenges.

“It’s a great day for MDW,” he proclaimed.

“These promotions are a strong sign that our firm, leadership team, and clients’ legal affairs are in safe hands for generations. A big congratulations to Jessica and Nick!”
