Senior associate Joel Benjamin, head of estate administration Matilda Martinez, and lawyer Amy Weaver have all joined KCL Law in its estate group in recent months.

The trio, the firm said in a statement, “collectively bring a wealth of experience, expertise and client-focused values that will further enhance the team’s ability to service its clients”.

Mr Benjamin “brings to the firm a unique set of skills and an expansive network”, KCL said, and his “aptitude for fostering enduring client relationships and specialised expertise in estate planning, superannuation and trusts will support the firm’s expertise in this area”.

“With a passion for assisting clients in navigating intergenerational wealth transition, Matilda Martinez has cultivated her expertise over a 24-year tenure in private client practice,” the firm continued.

“Her experience and commitment to surpassing client expectations make her an invaluable asset to both the team and the firm’s clients.”

Elsewhere, KCL went on, “as a young lawyer, Amy Weaver brings fresh perspective and enthusiasm to support the team’s continued growth”.

Speaking about the appointments, KCL principal and head of estate group Sam Frey said: “I am thrilled to have Joel, Matilda and Amy join our estate group. Their deep knowledge and commitment to excellence align perfectly with our goal to deliver unparalleled service to our clients.

“As our firm continues to grow and evolve, the estate group is dedicated to maintaining high standards of excellence, and client satisfaction. With our strengthened team, we are well-positioned to continue to deliver the best possible service to our clients.”
