Moray & Agnew expands commercial litigation team
Moray & Agnew has bolstered its partnership with the appointment of a commercial litigation specialist.
Sazz Nasimi has taken to the firm’s Melbourne office, effective immediately.
According to a statement from Moray & Agnew, Mr Nasimi is an extensively experienced commercial litigation and insolvency lawyer across both state and federal jurisdictions.
His experience includes corporate and personal insolvency, commercial litigation, tax litigation, property finance and lending, sports law, partnership disputes, and cryptocurrency issues.
“His resolute approach and his focus on open and effective communication are the foundation of his enduring relationships with his broad range of clients,” the firm’s statement added.
Prior to joining Moray & Agnew, Mr Nasimi worked at Madgwicks Lawyers for almost 12 years, including the last four when he was a partner.
Moray & Agnew managing partner Bill Papastergiadis OAM said the firm is delighted to welcome Mr Nasimi.
“Sazz is a talented litigator whose skills and experience will augment our already impressive presence in the commercial litigation sphere,” he said.
