Atlantic Lithium makes ASX debut
HopgoodGanim Lawyers has advised Atlantic Lithium Limited on its listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).

Deal significance: Atlantic is a lithium-focused exploration and development company.
According to a statement from HopgoodGanim, the group recently completed a pre-feasibility study on its flagship Ewoyaa Lithium Project situated in Ghana, West Africa. The development of the project is supported by a funding agreement with Piedmont Lithium, the firm noted.
In addition to now being listed on the ASX, the company is also listed on the London-based AIM and US-based OTC markets. Atlantic’s $13.3 million dual-listing offer was conducted by way of a sell-down of existing shares, and it has a market capitalisation of approximately $351 million, HopgoodGanim’s statement explained.
