Fujitsu acquires ServiceNow consultancy
Lander & Rogers has advised Fujitsu on its acquisition of ServiceNow consultancy Enable Professional Services.

Deal significance: Enable Professional Services is described as the largest independent ServiceNow consultancy in the Asia-Pacific region.
According to a statement from Lander & Rogers, Fujitsu’s acquisition of Enable Professional Services was carried out via a competitive bid process and comes as the company looks to accelerate its growth ambitions.
This latest acquisition comes after Fujitsu acquired data and AI consultancy Versor and Microsoft-specialist oobe.
Under the deal, Enable Professional Services will continue to operate as a standalone Fujitsu company in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, the Philippines and India.
Commenting further, lead partner Jackie Solakovski said: “With its 350+ consultants and 950+ certifications in user experience, IT transformation and risk management, the acquisition of Enable Professional Services strengthens Fujitsu’s capability in the region, increasing the depth and breadth of its experience in digital transformation.”
Special counsel Paul Mayson added: “We assisted Fujitsu in documenting a complex deal structure, negotiating strong deal protections and addressing various tricky cross-border elements and separation issues.”
