Creevey Russell Lawyers has officially become Creevey Horrell Lawyers, with the return of partner Tim Horrell to the firm.

Principals Clare Creevey and Dan Creevey welcomed back Mr Horrell, who originally joined as a director in 2009.

“He subsequently established his own firm in Brisbane, Horrell Legal, but has continued consulting to Creevey Russell as a special counsel since June, 2020,” Ms Creevey said.

“We are delighted to be welcoming Tim back as a partner.”

A commercial lawyer with experience across agribusiness, property, and wills and estates, Mr Horrell has more than 30 years of legal experience.

“Finding a lawyer of Tim’s calibre and experience is not easy in today’s market,” Mr Creevey added.

“We are looking forward to working with him under the Creevey Horrell Lawyers brand to expand our service and offering to clients.”

Commenting on his return to the firm, Mr Horrell said: “It was an easy decision for me and felt a bit like coming home. I have a long history with the firm and am excited to be part of the firm’s evolution as Creevey Horrell Lawyers.”
